The Inn at Penn, A Hilton Hotel - Audio Visual Services

The Hilton Inn at Penn takes pride in providing our clients with state of the art multimedia equipment. Dedicated Audio Visual Technicians are available at an additional charge. This Technician is available for a minimum schedule of four hours. This fee is based on the day of the week as well as the time of day. Your Event or Catering Manager will be happy to provide a proposal for all applicable fees.

All service charges are included in the price of all equipment rentals.

Any equipment or labor cancelled within 24 hours of a function will be billed for at full price. Any computers cancelled within 48 hours of a function will be billed for at full price.

Should you choose to provide and utilize your equipment, there will be a flat service fee of $ 50.00 if you require any set up or technical support of our staff. The Hilton Inn at Penn will not take responsibility for any equipment not supplied by the Hotel. If the Meeting space is not blocked in advance for a 24-hour hold we; unfortunately, cannot provide overnight storage for any audio visual equipment brought into the Hotel.

For that added flair, we will provide you with a list of preferred vendors that specialize in accent lighting and dramatic decor to enhance your event.

All prices listed in this guide are per room per day. Pennsylvania Sales Tax applies to all rentals.
