Beginning mid November, the Hilton Inn at Penn will undergo renovations and repairs to address water infiltration problems and to perform a periodic refreshing of the facility, common in the hotel industry. In addition to exterior repairs such as replacing windows and upgrading the HVAC system, the guest rooms will be updated with a new and refreshed look including the Bed by Hilton and the new Serenity bathroom collection featuring Crabtree and Evelyn bath products.
The project will roll out in two phases and involve the closure of some rooms with the erection of scaffolding around the building. The interior renovations will include the permanent removal of residual mold that has formed behind the wallpaper in some rooms. During renovations, the hotel will remain open and continue to provide the Four-Diamond Service to which our guests have become accustomed. The renovations could take up to ten months. We do not expect to have any issues with noise during this time and no renovation work will take place in areas occupied by our guests.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
