Suite Types:

JUNIOR KING SUITE

Our spacious oversized king bedded rooms are 630 square feet and have a separate living room area with a full size sleep sofa , coffee table and two side chairs. Rooms are equipped with a 42” HD Television, two telephones, voice mail, complimentary high speed and wireless Internet access, plus state-of-the-art technology including an iPad equipped with Intelity/ICE® software, Tele-adapt Media Hub, and the Evolve® lighting, heating and air conditioning system. Other features include a refrigerator, laptop safe, iron and ironing board, and plush terrycloth robes. Complimentary in-room Lavazza coffee can be individually brewed in the Cuisinart brand coffee maker. Our bathroom includes Peter Thomas Roth amenities and a full sized hairdryer as well as the Speakman Water-Sense® rain shower system. Enjoy a restful night sleep on the Serenity collection bedding package including pillow top mattress, triple sheeting, down pillows and comforter. Room can sleep 2 adults and two children.

CORNER KING SUITE

Our spacious one-bedroom Corner King suite is 720 square feet and overlooks the beautiful tree lined Penn campus. Circular in design, this suite has a separate bedroom furnished with a telephone, voicemail, 42” HD LCD television, complimentary high speed and wireless Internet access plus state-of-the-art technology including an iPad equipped with Intelity/ICE® software, and Tele-adapt Media Hub. The Evolve® lighting, heating and air conditioning system is installed in every guest room. Other features include a refrigerator, laptop safe, iron and ironing board, and plush terrycloth robes.

Suites are 720 square feet and feature complimentary wireless Internet access. They are unique suites sold as one or two bedroom units with a panoramic view of Penn's campus and beyond. These round dimensioned rooms are equipped with a 55" HD television, surround sound system, and DVD player. Spacious set-up of sofa, conference table, wet bar and additional furnishings. Connecting guestrooms can be sold separately.
