Eileen Watkin’s menu features a distinct emphasis on robust flavors and market-fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Some of our menu highlights include:

Executive Chef Eileen Watkin

After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Eileen Watkin trained under Jamie Shannon at the world-renowned Commander's Palace in New Orleans.

Watkin developed her own unique style cooking with a string of high profile chefs, including George Perrier, Chris Scarduzzo, Francesco Materolla, and Michelin-award-winning Chef Kai Lerman.

Now as our Executive Chef at Penne Restaurant & Wine Bar, Watkin’s fare focuses on exciting the palate with contemporary cuisine created using fresh, local ingredients.
